The website created for Abertillery Group Practice was designed with the knowledge how primary care is accessed and used. This design insight provides patients a better experience accessing services mitigating additional workload across the surgery team. The communication from start to finish of the website is 1st class and would recommend this service to all primary care colleagues.

Abersychan Group Practice have been working with Primary Care Online since May 2023. We are so glad that we moved over to make our website look fresh and far more patient friendly. Primary Care online shares a vast array of flexible products that have helped shape our access model at the surgery. Their ability to work in real time with Practice Managers to offer a bespoke online package, to include our GP Surgery Website, that is fully supported sets them apart from all other online providers we have used. This has reduced administrative workload, improved our online services for patients and made communicating with patients much easier and more efficient. An excellent service that gives practices greater control of their online offerings. Highly recommended.

What a great app! We wanted to have a resource that was easy to access by our patients and provided all the information and access to the practice patients would need whilst being user friendly, and without it being cumbersome for the practice to administer. As a large dispensing practice, we particularly wanted to focus initially on attracting as many patients as possible to signing up for MHOL and after just 4 days we have already got over 1000 patients signed up which is fabulous. A great app, fantastic support to the challenging world of General Practice and allows patients to access services and resources from the practice when it is convenient for them.

We have been fortunate enough to be part of the early stages of Surgery App deployment. Surgery App and the back-end management of it by the practice has been really easy to get to grips with, easy to use and navigate and allows the practice to communicate urgent messages, or events via push notifications. The main feature of the App is to consolidate everything into one place for the patient making it easier for them to access our services on a mobile device. We are really impressed with the App and so are our Patient Participation Group who were early adopters.

On first seeing SurgeryApp my initial thoughts were, what a great idea to have everything in one place. I was very keen to join the trialling of the App and get it up and running for our patients and practice to benefit. The App is very easy to set up, add to and includes many functions e.g. what’s on and push notifications allowing you to communicate with patients on a practice and network wide basis. It has excellent Health Resources for patients, and it is very easy to tailor to suit individual practice needs.

The services you provide are brilliant. The level of knowledge and support you and your team provide is second to none. We are really pleased and couldn't recommend enough.

Our new practice website looks amazing, lots of new functions we didn’t have with our previous website, easy to navigate. Very smooth transition from moving over from our old site to Primary Care Online took care of everything for us. Great and very professional service, always excellent prompt communication with Steff via email to any queries we had.
